UNIQUE TASTE

The distinctive aromatic notes of Mediterranean herbs make the taste of Ambrosia unique. Rosemary and sage give it an intense structure, while lemon adds a pleasant freshness. The result is a Mediterranean character, with a distinct / unmistakable botanical blend.

PURE WATER

The botanicals are infused and macerated in full strength alcohol. Thanks to a meticulous balance, everything is brought to a level of 40% with the pure water of Monte Nerone (where the spring water flows down towards the River Tiber).

Distillery process

Ambrosia is produced using one of the slowest artisanal distillation techniques, one that guarantees full respect for the raw materials, because they are never directly exposed to flame or steam. The botanicals are left to infuse in full strength cereal alcohol, then the infusion is diluted with pure water and refrigerated at -15° for at least three days. This long and meticulous process allows the gin to conserve and express its unique aromas even when bottled. Finally, the gin is filtered, bottled and left to rest for three long months before being put on the market.
